Folder Actions are Messed Up!

Hello all, I cannot open my hard drive or folders.. whenever I open my hard
drive the search window comes up, and when I try to open folders it "tries to
add them to my VLC media player playlist" so I am assuming that the actions
are messed up.. I know how to change icon actions but "open" is not listed...
so I think I need to recreate it... help??

To take care of the search dialog box opening:

Click Start | Run and type or copy/paste this command:

regsvr32 /i shell32.dll

Click OK
