Folder - Access Denied

[Hedy]

I have XP home on my HP pc and I am the owner and
administrator. I did a system recovery due to blaster
worm. Afterwards, I can no longer open my data folder and
some other folders that I do not consider private. It's
giving me the access denied message. Is there a way to get
access to my data folder?
