Floppy Drive

I don't have a floppy drive and am not going to have one. But I don't know
why my Windows Vista Home Premium always install a floppy drive A for me. I
tried to delete it under Control Panel Hardware Device. It always came back
when I reboot. How can I permanent remove it from the software?
