floppy drive

Hi All,
Weird...after installing vista in a dual boot situation with xp...neither
xp or vista sees my floppy drive...bios sees it...any ideas out there????
Athlon 2800.....1gb ram etc etc...all else works fine.

I do and still like it for backing up my check book.
