floppy drive not available to Users

Hi,
suddenly floppy drive access is not accessible by users anymore, it says
access denied. admins still access it.
the point is i didnt set any rule to make it happen, i looked in the local
security policy and there's nothing regarding this issue.

really? I searched the knowledge base before posting to this group and I
found only one relevant article that however does not apply to my problem
