floppy disk won't read

I just installed Windows Xp and now my floppy disk drive
won't read. When I put a disk in, and try to open it, it
won't read the floppy. It says to insert a disk when
there is one in there alreadly. any way to fix this. any
help appreciated.Thanks.

The reason:
I think maybe your floppy disk has fallen.
So you can try the third party tools to fix and recovery your data.
