Is there any way to retrieve a file deleted from a floppy
disc. Please help me, it had very important information
for me.

Try Restoration ver. 2.5:

That ought to be able to find them and restore by copying to elsewhere
(on Hard disk), provided nothing has written to the floppy in the mean
time
