Floppy and CD Drives not formatted error

I loaded Lexar USB 2.0 Mulit-Card reader software on my
Win 2k Pro system. Everything worked fine for a week.
After removing the USB card reader several times I can
longer read cards or access my floppy drive or two CD
drives. Win 2K boots fine and the hard drive is
accessible. I receive this Message " Disk in Drive A is
not formatted". Same for CD drives F and G. All three
drives can be accessed from safe mode. Eject works in
properties. There are no IRQ conflicts. Everything appears
fine. Did some setup file or service get over written?

I am experiencing the same issues you posted in this
note. Did you ever recieve any helpful recomendations to
resolve this? Have you been able to resolve it on your
own? I have tried most everything that I know of and not
been able to. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks...
