Floating Stop Recording Macro Toolbar

All I can read on the button is Stop R
Can I make it wider so it says Stop Recording

Can anyone please help me
 
One way is to format the right button to display both the icon and caption.
Use the Cusomize dialog: Right click the tb, select Cusomize > Commands tab.
Then activate the right button and click the Modify Selection control. Select
the Image and Text option.

Agreed this is a bit careless on MS's part.
