Flipping numeric values

How do I flip a string of positive numbers to negative? I'm not
looking for a script, just some way to select the range of numbers and
flip them.

write -1 in a empty cell and copy this cell. Select your numbers and
paste special => Multiply

I don't see a Multiply option. I'm using Excel 2010.
