Thanks...That answer sent me in the right direction. I wound up only having
to change my display to a normal setting instead of large and that solved the

It worked for awhile but is now flickering again...I only see it in outlook
or when I'm online the address part of the screen flickers. How do I update
drivers? When I tried it in control panel for display it asked me for the
disk. All my stuff was loaded by dell and did not come with disks. Thanks

I have narrowed it down to the print spooler. I have trying to install a
printer and keep getting an error message that it cannot install the hardware
when I get to that spot in the installation. I checked the print spooler as
suggested and it keeps starting and stopping. I have tried changing the
settings and rebooting the computer. It has not helped. I do not know how
to uninstall and reinstall the print spooler as I have a dell laptop and no
software for the operating system came with the computer. Any ideas?
