Flat combo

Can I create a flat combo box? Something like these in Office 2003?
 
Have you looked at the style tag?
You have a number of options then.
 
there are no style commands to support this. if the OS winxp and the browser
IE, then they will be flat by default.

If styles won't do it, look up the window.createPopup() method in MSDN.
Search for "Using the Popup Object" and make sure to click the "Show Me"
links in that page. You'll see examples that could easily be the starting
point for a drop down.
