Flashing Message

I have used the UK-Dev method of linking pictures on a form and it works very
well as far as displaying the proper picture. My problem is that the
"Importing icture File" message flashes on the screen between record changes.
Can you be of assistance on this issue? Thanks ...... Ron

I found a past post that suggested converting all of my images from jpeg to
bmp. By doing that access doesn't have to do a conversion, therefore no
message. How simple can it get. Thanks to Steven Labens for the info.
