I have a flash movie (SWF file) and I want to use it as a hyperlink? How
would I do this? I can't simple attached a hotspot to the flash movie, so I
was wondering if anyone could help me figure out how to do that?

Thanks in Advance
Ryan

In the Flash application, you have to create the hyperlink.

It's not to use the whole flash movie document as a hyperlink? Just like you
can use a whole image as a hyperlink.

Then make a image of the first frame of the Flash movie.

But then I'd have to overlay the "first frame of the flash movie" over the
flash movie. Therefore my movie wouldn't show up.

Ok, you want to display the flash movie, but also have it be a hyperlink at
the same time, correct? I think that is possible, so you will need to check
with a Flash newsgroup.

This isn't a flash forum; but, here goes.
Over top of the movie, create a button. Do it in a different layer. Buttons
can have hyperlinks.
The key is to leave the UP mouseover part of the button empty. You have to
edit the button and make sure it has no image in frame one, this will make
the mouse transparent. When they hover over the button, you can have an
image or not, just make sure that the Hit area has a defined area so that if
will register the click
Hope this helps...
