Flash Drive causes computer blue screen

I have one Flash Drive. Every time when I put the flash drive to the
computer, the computer shows blue screen and restarts automatically. After
restarted, the computer can reconize this flash drive and work fine. But
there is no this kind of problem when I use other flash drive at the same
computer or same flash drive at the other comptuter.

Does someone here help me to fix this issue?

Any error messages?

Right-click "My Computer" > select "Properties" > Click on "Hardware"
tab > click "Device Manager" button.

Open the USB (Universal Serial Bus Controllers) category and Check the
devices listed there. Any errors (i.e., yellow ? or red X)?

If so you need to reinstall the drivers that are not working properly.
