Flash and add-ins

To whomever may help,

I am simply trying to find a trusted flash creattion program without
spending $700+ for Macro 8. It seems that you almost have to go third party
for Front Page compatible flash content. I am only looking to add flash based
banners, buttons, etc. Not trying to do whole flash template. Any advice out
there on a trusted third party or anything at all?

There's a free trial and its not real expensive if you do buy it,,, it's a
tad easier to use too.
