Flag spam message from Desktop New Mail Alert

Hi,

Is it possible to flag a sender/message as being spam, from the desktop new
mail alert? The desktop new mail alert is a feature that is part of Oulook
2003. I see how I can specify a colored flag, but I would like to just add
the sender to the blocked senders list, and have the email sent to the Junk
E-Mail folder.
