Flag contacts pop doesnt work?!

I customer of mine is running outlook 2000, when they flag a contact the pop does not work. It works for the calendat. Is there a setting that can be changed? Thanks

hello i found out that its a setting in outlook 2000. The user has it so that flagging a contact to say follow up shows in red, but does not pop up as a reminder. Anyone know how to change this? Thanks
