can't get Contacts follow-up flags/datest o work in Outlook 2003

I'm using Business Contact Manager in Outlook 2003. I can assign a follow-up
flag to a contact, and specify the nature of follow up. BUt I cannot pick a
flag color, and the flag color does not seem dependent on whether the item is
pre or post its due date. Even more important to me, I cannot figure out how
to show the contacts in order of their due-date of follow-up. This, after
all, is what would be really useful.

Any advice on how I can view contacts by their follow-up due date?

Many thanks.
