A group of use a shared email mailbox in exchange. We use the colored flags
to identify who should follow-up on certain messages.
After upgrading my client to Outlook 2007 I noticed items that were flagged
in 2003 green, now show up as the Green Category and have a flag with no date
set.
When I set these same options on a new email, the 2003 users only see it as
a red flag.
My question is, how do I flag an email in Outlook 2003 so that it shows up
as a colored flag in Outlook 2007.
