Fixed Text on even pages

Sorry complete novice here so apologies for my lack of technical jargon! I am
trying to make a standard letter at work where every even page has the same
fixed text on so that if the typing from the first page will automatically
carry on to the third page etc. I have no idea whatsoever where to start! Any
help would be greatly appreciated!

Set a different odd/even header/footer. Insert a text box in the even header
to cover the text area of that page and fill it with your fixed repeated
text. Set the wrap of the text box to 'square' and remove its border. This
will then fill every even page and the text in the main document area will
wrap to the odd pages.
