Fixed!! Slow Boot Windows XP Home

Thanks to those who responded to my Jul 1st post. The fix
was surprising. In my THIRD session with Dell support,
Jack, in Texas (not overseas), immediately had me remove
and reintstall the modem card. Wallah! Everything
works. He didn't explain the problem, just said he had
seen it before.

Hope this helps out someone else.
