OK. Apparently, this suggestion is going to be posted in the newsgroup. I
went to Microsoft's Web site to report a bug in PowerPoint, and it took me
here. I guess it will use the new "Suggestion for Microsoft" Flag to direct
it to Microsoft. So, here is a brief version of my bug report (reported in
an earlier thread).
When using VBA in PowerPoint and making an object invisible or visible,
there is a bug when there is an animated GIF on the slide. A statement like:
ActivePresentation.Slides(9).Shapes(3).Visible = msoTrue
will not make the shape visible during the slide show when there is an
animated GIF on the slide. At least, it will not work consistently. The
shape will become visible, but not until after the slide show is exited.
