I have recently gotten a Windows Vista Pa and to all the bugs left on it
while released onto the productivity shelfs, shame on you. To delete the
unwanted and unmoveable emails:

Select email
Go to Edit
Select Mark as Unread
and Then DELETE!!!!

Guess What?!?! They go away!!!

What's a Windows Vista Pa?

Wouldn't this hotfix do what you needed?

Although it's labelled as for undeletable messages in the Outbox,
it also works in other folders such as the Inbox.

The Vista SP1 update includes this hotfix and more, but takes
longer to install.

Oh, plz be so dear as to excuse my typo. Like you don't know what I am
talking about, but let me make it easier for you to understand...Pa was meant
to be PC. Like you didn't know, are you one of those that point out others
mistakes to make yourself feel smarter? You must have a VERY dry since of
humor, for I wrote that post with the intention of being light hearted. I for
one, do enjoy Vista and also work with many who cringe when it's name is
mentioned and troubleshooting it is required.

Now as for the hotfix, it talks about outbox. My problem is with my OUTBOX
and INBOX. There were emails that I was unable to delete from inbox or even
move to another folder. Since I don't know if that hotfix addresses that
issue also I am not so quick to download it, when this is the only problem I
have encountered so far. Also, I have SP1, and isn't it supposed to be
included on SP1? So that seems to me a little redundant then to download? And
the solution I have found works fine for me at the moment.

As I am sure that you will point out any typos or any such as for me, I
don't belive I will take the time to check this post. (Last nights post was
late and I wasn't paying attention. Sorry.) As I also said RECENTLY
purchased, which means not long ago, I am still finding my way around Vista
and Windows Mail, so I am not anywhere near the expert that you are. But I
believe some might want to know of any easy 1, 2, 3 solution, rather than
downloading a fix that may or may fix the issue they may be having. Not all
situations are the same. Sorry, if this appeared or sounded too rude, but you
came off strong and obviously nitpicky. I thought the idea of this place was
to share info and help eachother out, not dismiss them or their ideas with a
click of you mouse?

Thanks,
Me

Oops! Found a typo on the way out. That is supposed to be "a click of your
mouse." Be a Dear and be sure to point out any others.
Thanks,

In defense of Robert, I passed your initial post by after reading it
last night, because I could not figure out what it meant. Your references
to "productivity shelfs" and "shame on you" did not help matters.

You know, it really does not cost anything extra to turn on the spell

process.

Okay, So let me apoligize to anyone I my have offended. I do tend to be a
little (or alot) over wordy at times, or even editorial. So, I do apologize.
Did not in any means mean to start some sort of comment war. And I will just
leave it at that.

If you can, since I am new and don't have much time myself to spend here,
tell me a way to edit my original posts; I will edit them to a more friendly
user format.
Thanks

Sorry, as there is no way to edit my post; I am sorry for my rudeness, and
the use of additional editorial comments on mybehalf. In the future I will
only post the needed info.
Thanks

You can't edit them. You could, however, make a new post which is an
editted version of one of the older ones.

OK. You're forgiven.

Techmom, please start a new post if you still need assistance with a
technical problem. We will be glad to assist, but we need a detailed
statement of your exact issue, complete with a copy of any error message.

Hi everyone I have a new problem with Windows Mail. It was working normally
until yesterday but today suddenly it has changed. When I double click on
Windows Mail to start it, it only gives me the Inbox Folder. I cannot see the
other folders such Sent Items, Deleted Items etc. Can someone help me to say
how I can view these other folders again/? Many thanks for your help.
