Five Bell Ring Sound

I'm building an AddIn.
Today I started hearing a series of five 'bell ringing sounds'.
It happens about two minutues.

If it's from Excel, why am I getting it and how do I turn it off ?

NOT just egg on my face, but full sized omelettes.
Cell phone low battery signal, phone under a bunch of papers.

You're welcome, glad you found it. Had one like that once, the guys PDA
in his briefcase was alarming. On the desk next to the PC speaker.
