fit to screen on any resolution with access 07

I'm looking for code or the know-how to have my form fit to any size
of computer resolution, is this possible?

In A2007, you can choose between overlapping windows or tabbed documents.
The setting is in access options, current database.
You get there from the office button at top left of the access window.

Choosing tabbed documents allows forms to fill the access application window
automatically.

I think Ryan is looking for something like the shrinker stretcher to program
his forms against any resolution for any monitor.
