Fiscal Quarter

I have created a query that sorts the data by Fiscal Month
and Fiscal Year, but I am having problems when it comes to
the quarters. Each time I try to sort this by quarters it
only gives me 1st and 4th and the data is incorrect. Is
there a formula that I can create to sort by quarter? Can
I do this in a calculated field in a query?
