A remote system is attempting to access Microsoft Generic
Host Process for Win32 Services on Your Computer.
My Norton Firwall it was a low risk and recommend I
permit it.. which I did! However, as this become more
frequent (6 times in a hour) I decided to investigate.
It seems to be accessing C:\Windows\System32
\svchost.exe. I've since read some rather unpleasant
things about svchost. Trojans and it taking up mega CPU
space. In fact I even believe my own pc is taking longer
to boot-up paranoia!
To make matters work I read I could check the tasks
running.
However when go to run> enter cmd then tasklist /svc I'm
told tasklist is not recognised as an internal or
external command, operable system or batch file!
Please help on BOTH counts!
