First time open Outlook 2007, Regsvr32.exe Vbscript.dll Error!

"Failed to register a VB Script DLL. Reinstall or run Regsvr32.exe
Vbscript.dll to self register"

I try to run "Regsvr32.exe Vbscript.dll" and reinstall office, but cannot
fix it.
Anyone know how to solve this problem?

exactly the same thing happened to me, load up office's langage setting
tools, change ur default lang to english and see. it worked for me.
