First CSS

I think I am almost bald now ... I'm trying to write my first CSS file. I've
never felt so dumb.

Do you know of anywhere that I can go and find a tutorial that will "really"
help me write and apply it in Front Page? Step by step for someone that has
never done it before?

I have spent all day doing CSS tutorials. Reading FP's help, etc. The
tutorial tells me what CCS is, as does the W3C website. But I only found out
how to apply it to FP by reading the help, and then can I write it directly
into the CSS file or do I have to add it step by step by adding a new user
defined field for everything?

Every time I think I'm getting it, I take 4 steps back. Right now I am just
trying to get it to just put a border on the bottom of the table only. No
matter what I do,
I get a border on the top and the left.

Any suggestions before I go completely bald would be greatly appreciated.
