Firewall

I have got the Windows XP firewall turned on and when i go into the Help and
Support and it tries to download the Did You Know articles, it fails, but
when the firewall is turned off then it will download them. Is there a
setting that will allow Help and Support download the articles?

No fix for you. An observation that it works here, with the XP firewall
enabled, so the cause is likely to be something else.
