Firewall Warning

I have the Win XP firewall off but warning continues to nag at startup.
How to remove it please anyone?

Control Center/Security Center

Left hand Side of Security Center Window under "Resources" click on
the last entry "Change the way security center alerts me"

Uncheck "Firewall"
