Firewall TCP Connections

Unable to use mike & webcam in chat rooms w/ Windows XP
firewall enabled.

Error message: "In order to use Yahoo! Chat's Webcam
feature, your firewall must permit outgoing TCP
connections to webcam.yahoo.com on port 5100."

How do I modify the firewall? I don't see it in Computer
Management > ICF/ICS menu.

You can modify the xp firewall but it tricky. Easier just to get ZA
firewall(free), turn of the xp firewall off, and be done with it.
