Firewall Problem

When I boot up there is a balloon that comes up on the task bar telling me
that my computer could be at risk because the firewall is not turned on. But
when I go to window's security centre the firewall is turned on. Does anyone
know why this balloon keeps popping up ? Thanks Chel

Don't know about that but I'd replace the built-in Windows firewall with the
FREE version of Zone Alarm at www.zonelabs.com

Hi Jerry, I am a novice with computers. Could you explain what the benefits
would be to change over my firewall ? Also, run me through exactly how you go
