firewall preventing me from downloading tunes

I'm trying to download songs from limewire pro 4.12.3 but a firewall is
blocking me. I've temporarily disconnected my internet security but the
firewall remains.

Have you installed a 3rd pary firewall - if so which one ? You'll need to
make sure that limeware Pro is "allowed to connect to the web.

No 3rd Party firewall's been installed. How do I allow limewire pro to be
connected to the web??
