firewall help

how do I turn off the firewall Im trying to d/l a driver
from nvidia and the page wont load
 
I often download from Nvidia site and never have to turn off the firewall
but then I don't use the crappy XP one.
 
Or maybe you are using a crappy one that wasn't looking as carefully as XP
is?
