Firewall disconnected after installing the Microsoft Antispyware B

I am unable to re-establish the Windows firewall after installing the
Microsoft Antispyware Beta program. I am not permitted to run the Windows
Firewall/Internet Conncection Service (ICS) Please help. Thanks.

FIREWALL DEAD, or other network issues:

MS antispyware tool disables Windows Firewall: Start>Run cmd [enter]
netsh winsock reset [enter]
Follow prompts and reboot.

The above fix only works on a machine that has SP2 installed. If it is
pre-SP2, use the WinsockXPFix.exe program.
