Is there a newsgroup for Firefox?

My problem is that the browser won't load any pages with the "Server not
Found" message. Internet explorer works fine so it's not my network at
fault. I disabled my firewall and the problem persists. I uninstalled and
reinstalled and the problem persists. It just seemed to start of a sudden
and I have no clue what's going on.

You need to post to either netscape.public.mozilla.browser or
netscape.public.mozilla.general
Firefox has nothing to do with Windows XP.

Thanks for the tip. I did find that group but "netscape" put me off.

Tools>options>advanced>network>settings>

Tick direct connection.
Let me know if this works.

Thanks Trin but this option is already ticked.

Try removing Firefox, then reloading 2.0.7. This will keep you're
profile intact with bookmarks preferences etc. Or simply delete the
whole thing and start over (profile is found in Docs and
settings>user>application data.

Those are still there but not the main server any longer.

Try news.mozilla.org and subscribe to mozilla.support.firefox
