I am getting a warning that Firefox.exe wants to open a program and my virus
program asks if I should heal(or delete) this item.I have deleted it before
but it seems to be coming back. This is where it is located
c\windows\system32\firefox.exe.
Should I delete this item?

Firefox does not install its executable in the system32 folder. Read
further here:

Firefox.exe should be in C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox folder.
Your firefox.exe that is located in the System32
Folder could be a trojan or malware. If it returns after you have
deleted it is another indicator that it's malware.
Do a search for firefox.exe. The legitimate one should be in the above
mentioned folder. Use a Free Utility such as
Spybot Search and Destroy or Adaware to find other possible malware on
your system.

If you mean Firefox, then, yes, certainly.
