Finds but will not remove

The Microsoft Antispyware Beta 1 finds adware and spyware
but quits responding when asked to remove. Does anyone
know how to fix this? Thanks

What exactly does it find? Have you sent the Suspected Spyware Report
(through the Tools menu) to the SpyNet?
Have you tried to start the system in the Safe mode (F8 during boot-up) and
do a full system scan (check the proper option under Scan settings)?

Also you can try other "cleaning" software (again - in normal, but better -
in the system's Safe mode):
