Corzal,

You need to install the xla. STore the xla in the zip file in a directory,
in Excel, goto the Tools>Add-Ins ... menu, browse to that xla file and check
the new entry. You will then find a new entry in the Tools menu for
FindLinks.

Thank you Bob,

I've accidently added this twice and so now under the
tools menu this item appears twice in a row.
How do I remove one of them?

Just uncheck one, it shouldn't be a problem.

If you must delete it.

Exit Excel.
Rename the xla (anything will do)
Start Excel - you should get an error message regarding the xla.
Go to Tools>Add-Ins ... and if it is there select it and you should get
another prompt to remove it
Exit Excel
Rename teh xla back
Start Excel and re-install it.
