finding your posts

Is there an esy way of finding your own post. Can they be tageed to
email
 
If you're using the forum, there is a checkbox to tell you when it's been
responded to. You'll get an email with a link to it. If you're using a
newsreader like Outlook Express, you can tag it to show you're watching it.
It'll show up red and bold when it's been responded to.
 
Flag it.

That (or mark to 'watch') only works if you are using an NNTP client. The OP
used a web forum.
