Wpa.bak

Windows automatically created a backup copy of this file Wpa.dbl in the
%SystemRoot%\System32 folder called Wpa.bak, at startup

That dates from the last Activation operation, which may well be later
than date of installation. get the free Everest Home edition from
http://www.lavalys.com/index.php?page=product&view=1
which is an excellent general System Info tool, and its Operating System
- Operating System page will tell you the date on which the Setup was
last done (that may have been a repair installation at that)
