Finding Records on a form based on subforms selections

I have a main form which contains Company information, I also have subforms
of information linked to that company, Addresses, Contacts etc

I need to find Companies by Address or Contacts or both.

The only way I can do this at the moment is a query where Addresses or
Contacts are in the Company form & then link Addresses to Address or Contacts
to Contacts but not both.
