Finding Product Key

I have 2002 Microsoft Office xp. I recently purchased a new computer and
began using the 90 trial of 2003 Outlook. It expired today, and when I tried
to convert I couldn't find my product key information. I apparently discarded
the product key several years ago. Can anyone assist me in finding it
elsewhere (perhaps on the disk itself? Of is it something MS would have or
know?) so I can insert that information to see if I can get back to using
Outlook?

Download Belarc Advisor from www.belarc.com and install. It should
provide the Product Key information.

After solving your problem with the tools posted by the
other respondents, consider the amount of money you
spent on licences, then compile a list of all products on
your PC, when you bought them, where, and what their
product code / licence number is. It goes under the heading
of "Good Housekeeping".

All Windows/Office applications use the same alogorithm.

Being a coder I have written a key finder program myself (available on
Microsoft site, soon to be deleted after 2-3 years there), but I must warn
you with all the programs on the Internet may not give you the correct
Windows key. This has been proved many times in the past for XP. Shame you
haven't a COA to check against to see what I mean.

Always be careful with the products on the Nirsoft.net site because some of
them get picked up as Key stealing apps, but believe me they are safe to
use.
