Finding precedents or search the formula

All,

I am trying to find the precedents to a cell, using a formula (and not using
the auditing toolbar) can someone help. Also is there a way to search for the
contents of a formula.

e.g if i have a formula "=sum(c1:c2)". I want a formula with the output as
c1 and c2

thanks much.

Would you be interested in keyboard shortcuts?

To jump between precendents and dependents,
Select the cell containing the formula, then:
<Ctrl> < [ >

To return to the formula cell, or to start in the dependent cell and jump to
the formula cell:
<Ctrl> < ] >
