I want to find mail from someone whose e-mail address is (e-mail address removed). He has
sent me mail before, hence my Outlook knows him as Mr_X [[email protected]]

If I search using advanced search, and specify "To" "contains" "xyz" I don't
get what I think I ought to! This only works if I search on "Mr_X"

I'm pretty sure this can be done, but what fields should I be searching on?

Which tab are you using? If the first one, use the advanced tab and choose
an email address field. If the To field in advanced tab, use the to field on
the first tab instead.

Thanks Diane...still can this to work!

I'm using Advanced Find, Advanced Tab, Address fields "To" "Contains"
"xyz.com" ....and I get no result.

Double checking...no typos, nothing! Must be something obvious, but I cannot
see it!
