Finding links and getting rid of them

Hi
I have this workbook that has links to another workbook.
Everytime I open it it asks me if I want to updat the data.

1st Question: How do I find which sheet and what cell(s)
have this link so I can delete them?

2nd. How do I prevent this from happening again?
