WM>Tools>Accounts>select your account>properties>server tab.

This is not a direct response, but have you considered turning on your
spell checker? I have difficulty reading what you wrote.

well i turned on spell checker and i hope this help.i am trying to transfere
emails from windows mail to g mail i send it to my gmail acct and it gives me
an error report that says the host smtp.webmail.rr.com could not be found
please verify that I have entered the server name correctly. Account
pop-server.webmail.rr.com Server smtp.webmail.rr.com is the wrong server..how
do i change what i put in as my server. I think I am suppose to put
pop-server.webmail.stny.rr.com and smtp.webmail.stny.rr.com. Please help me
if you can. Thanks mary

You need to take the "webmail" part out of the name of the mail servers.
Go to Tools, Accounts, select that mail account, click Properties, Servers.
Change the incoming (POP3) server name to
pop-server.stny.rr.com .
Then change the name of the outgoing (SMTP) server to
smtp.stny.rr.com .
That should do it.

Sorry, but I don't see any evidence that your spell checker is working.
