Greetings,
My mother's computer just had a massive melt down, smoke sparks and all
the fan fare that a large power surge supplies you with during a storm.
Well the computer died but some how the Main drive survived this so I
hooked it up as a slave on my computer so she could still atleast get
to her stuff. Now here is what is confusing me where is her stuff. All
the program files and so on are there and its still showing the same
amount of space being used on the drive so I know her stuff is still
there, however I do not know how to navagate to those files she needs
for example I to get to the eamils shes has in Outlook. I can find the
program fine just not where it stores all of the Emails it has stored
have not idea what the file name would be or where XP would send them.
There are other things I need to look for but I thought this would give
me an idea of how to find the other files like saved paint files ect.
TYVM in advance
